No, hasn't been released yet. I hope it's something that doesn't need alot of explaining..what the heck does "mash" mean, anyway!? :)

No. Any updates regarding the transition can be read in the Y!360 blog - http://blog.360.yahoo.com/product_360. While the new service will use the same platform as Mash, it will not necessarily be Mash (which is just another social networking service that Yahoo is testing out...invitation needed).
