  1. You can loose weight with good exercise for half an hour a day. How much you loose depends on your exercise and also on the amount of food you take. Supposing that you go on crunching and do little exercise then you may not loose weight but may gain. It also depends on the type of food you take. It is better to go for vegetables and fruits more than meat. Fish is also a very good food item.

    30 minutes a day may or may not make a difference in weight loss. Variables such as your current weight, the nature and intensity of what you are doing when you workout, and your diet need to be considered before such a simplistic question can be answered.

    if u really wanna lose it just join some hobby or sport.

    i would prefer swiming its really fun and it really relaxes ur body.

    and if u do it continiously u wont know when u lost ur weight.

    it will also help in regaining ur lost stamina and will help in developing muscles.
