LITY has already said that for Winnipeg to be able to have a team (a study was done).... that the ticket prices would have to be higher than Torontos to even make an owner break even.

Where would they get corporate sponsors in Canada? Is the city going to give them a 300million dollar arena lease? Are the citizens willing to pay more taxes to build an Arena that houses over 17,000 and it HAS to be sold out every game? Is a Canadian city going to give that team a tax break? Who is going to want to play (or sign) in Winnipeg, when they can be playing in a city like Chicago or Dallas? If it didnt work when ticket prices were $35, how is it going to work when they are $90?

Isnt Hamilton Ontario a DUMP? Thats all I hear about it. (sorry if I am wrong, thats second hand info.. but I hear it alot)

If I had a choice to put it somewhere in Canada I would put it in Hamilton or Winnipeg.

I would put it in Winnipeg, but Toronto needs a team desperately. You don't want to have Don Cherry become the host of Cricket Fortnight in Kingston Ontario, do you?
