Do we need to check in our baggage tagged fragile differently than other baggage in British Airways (heathrow)

If our baggage has been tagged as fragile , will we have to check it in differently than our other baggage. For British Airways, ecnomy class, Heathrow , london

there is usually a sepcial desk for fragile luggage.  when you check in the rest of your luggage ask them where to go.  it should get loaded separately so it wont go along the normal conveyor belt etc.
