Do we need to get help for my cousin if..................?

pain going down about the middle of her left arm?

Your cousin is suffering from depression...and rightfully so. Be there for her when she can start to talk about her loss...and get her the medical attention she needs.   It's so good of you to know that she is hurting!  Good luck and God bless.
