Try standing in an airport terminal and say, "I love Iraqi terrorists!"

See how long before they arrest you and send you to Gitmo.

Speaking of Gitmo, isn't that a concentration camp like Auschwitz?

Try telling the govt you decided not to pay income tax. In Switzerland the govt would have to sue you in CIVIL court for taxes.

Try sending an email to Bush and say, "I may blow you up."

Tell your boss you hate him. See how that works.

  1. Some do, some don't. Paris Hilton could get away with any of that stuff you mentioned.

  2. you cant put a "for sale" sign in YOUR car and leave it parked on the street.......go figure....

  3. No, but we used to.

  4. You have the freedom to do any of those things.  You might not like the consequences but you can do them.

I love when people compare anything today to Hitler and the concentration camps because it shows their ignorance about what those camps were really like.  Gitmo is nothing like Auschwitz.  It is more like the concentration camps that held Japanese Americans during WWII in the US. Those camps were set up by Franklin Roosevelt (D-NY).

There are plenty of countries that don't pay taxes so if you don't want to follow US tax laws feel free to go to any one of them.  The other side of the question is - are you one of those people that think that every time something bad happens that the government should bail people out (ie: Katrina)?

If you go around making threats against people (including Bush), there are consequences and they usually include jail time.  Perhaps a little civility is in order.

  5. It's not a lack of freedom, it's a lack of common sense.

Anybody that would do the things that you described

    (even as a joke)

would deserve whatever pain and inconvenience was inflicted on them...

and maybe a trip to Gitmo as well.

News flash: There are reasons why people acting stupid usually don't have a long life.

  6. Yes compared to most countries. Some people are real jerks though. OH but that doesnt mean you can do whatever you want. You are not allowed to blow people up
