Do we still have 'ghost' ships?

Are there just abandoned ships randomly floating around, waiting to hit something?

Depending on what part of the world you're thinking about, yes there still are some around. They have been abandoned long ago and have been left to float around open waters. In the United States there are no none ghost ships, but if you go int some third world countries, it may be quite different. They don't have the resources to dispose of old, worn out boat, hence they are let to float around in the open waters.
