yahoo disabled them at the same time MSN did. with the new beta, they say there may be group chats included. but bets is a long ways off.

try something like chatzy.com, add a link to your groups homepage, send it out in a post. we use this. very user friendly, doesn't require java and you can add a password in order to enter. it's a nice 'fill-in' option.

Yahoo discontinued the chat feature on groups a long time back.  You can chat with others or in chat rooms using Yahoo Messenger. Go to http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/messeng...
