Do websites like zillow and realtor.com have access to all mls listings?

Zillow does not.

Realtor.com used to charge agents $1,000 to participate.  It was a tough business decision.  You do get people in other states looking at your listings, but not many actually buy anything.  Realtor.com notified us that there is no longer a charge.  So all current MLS listings should be there.

Roost.com and Propsmart.com and ziprealty.com are other sites for MLS listings. /

Realtor.com has access to all MLS listings, but zillow.com does not, other than what zillow can find on assorted real estate sites which have MLS listings shown.
