Do wetsuits come in really big sizes...for overweight people? If so, do most rental places rent big sizes?

Yes they make big ones .... In the water everyone's weightless!

I used to be a whitewater raft guide, and I can tell you that the places I worked had 4 and 5 XL wetsuits.  Can't tell you why but there seemed to be a lot of big people that liked rafting.  I would think that a good rental place would be prepared to outfit the most extreme ends of the spectrum in terms of a persons size.
