  1. No, sweating in water is not possible. They might if they become beached. But, not when they are swimming around in the ocean. They have no need to, because the water temperature of the ocean does not change much, and if they get hot they can just swim down deeper. But, they cannot sweat in water. We cannot either. That is why hot tubs can be so dangerous, because if you sit in a hot tub for a prolonged time you can fatally overheat because your body can cool off only by sweating through the small area of skin that is exposed to the air which is usually only your head. Therefore, your body cannot cool off fast enough and you can overheat.
