  1. Yes they do, worked for me && my friends =)

  2. I personally like whitening strips, especially the ones that fight tartar. But as much as I do like them, sometimes I'd rather just spend my money on something else. I only buy them once every 3 or 4 months now. Try using a cheaper alternative like a whitening toothpaste. You may want to try them once (though some brands can get pretty expensive) and from there decide if you'd like to spend your money on them. Hope I helped!

  3. Whitestrips use the same type of peroxide gel you would get in the dental office. It's just in a lower concentration. I can tell a huge difference in my teeth. I get complimented by dentists regularly on my teeth.

I use Crest Whitestrips. I swear by them. It doesn't have to be the premier or plus. Just the regular. They're cheapest and work just as well.

As for sensitivity, they may depending on the person. The strips I use last for 2 weeks. But, sensitivity doesn't usually set in for me until the end of the second week. And it doesn't last long.

    Good luck.

  4. Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html
