Do williams sisters play pnly for the sake of tennis, just as a profession?

since both of them hv achieved so much in their tennis career, nothing much has left to prove for them, i dont see them hungry for the sucess anymore niether they try hard to improve their rankings to get to the no1, i think they only play to njoy tennis in selected tournaments..

Both ur statements are true,tennis is thr profession & thy DO play for the sake of tennis.

First of all 1 can't achive so many grandslams nd championship if thy dont love the game or not enough dedicated...

The main drawback 4 WILLIAMS sisters r thr injury & because of tht thy can't play in regular schedule,& beoz of tht thy so thats y it is presummed that thy dont play for the sake of the tournament.(4 example Serena didn't played in 2006 nd she came back in 2007 as an unseaded player 2 win da Grandslam--so tht proves her dedication & hunger of winning)

& talking Specifically abt Serena Williams she herself told tht this time she is feeling the most hungry 2 b on the top once again & After thr 5ht Wimbledon win she also proved the she is also in the running with her sister.

Whn the WILLIAMS SISTERS came 2 play the wimbledon 2008 ever1 was talking abt the NEWLY WONDERED SERBIAN GRLS--who couldn't servive till the end,THE BELGIAN GIRLS--who came nd gone & THE RUSSIAN GIRLS--r loosing thr feet......

so who else remain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Anyway I think we should stop speculating abt the dedication & motivation abt THE WILLIAMS SISTERS & after so many yrs of contributing in tennis if ppl question like that IT WILL BE ERY DISRESPECTFULL 4 the sports........
