    The idea of the short dress being something s**y and something to appeal to men is an idea which has been built up through movies and propaganda. The dress is in reality just that though it has been made out to be much more.

    There are other situations in which the political stance of people puts them at risk of torture through rape. Government torture types use rape of women as a way to make people they have prisoner give them information. The sounds and sights of women being raped are so usetting this is a preferred means of torture. These methods were put to use in many countries with the support of The U.S. People say the countries are not so bad now. The reason this is so might have as much with a demand for change as anything else.

  9. No. How do you "provoke" someone to rape you? By saying "I dare you?" It's an absurd concept.

    Besides, most rapes don't happen because a woman was walking around in the bad part of town at two in the morning dressed like a s***k. It's usually someone they knew and it was probably going to happen no matter what they were wearing (I'm ignoring date-rape which is usually a completely different beast).

  28. When some one invites you to lokk at her you should do it. If she allows to touch her you should do it. If she wants to sleep with her, you should follow. If you do not follow any of these rules you will be booked under rape charges.

  29. Perhaps it sends a signal to a rapist, this woman has low self esteem.  It is not provoking men, just sends the wrong message to the wrong sort of men (the sort that should be shot, I agree as well).
