  1. In public only men.

In private (i.e. house) everyone possible

  2. I like the hookah-if we are talking about the same thing...LOL!!!

  3. In Jeddah yes they can in many places.

In the Eastern Province, there used to be two places in Alkhobar but they are closed now. There is only one place in Dammam and it's still open and serve hubbly bubbly "me'asl" for women and men.

In Riyadh and rest of Saudi, it's simply impossible in the public places.

  4. they banned it in Riyadh and khobar 3-4 years ago..now ladies flea to  Jeddah to smoke it

  5. I tried it once and just about gagged... I guess im not a smoker...

sometimes the flavors smell interesting though.. and when you drive down to the area where the smoking cafe's are.. you can smell it from your car..

Women do smoke it.. dont think they dont.. I know plenty of old. and I mean older grannies here who do.. its hilarious but they love it..

I dont think its a popular thing now with the younger group of women..

OH.. forgot,, im in the eastern area.. Khobar...

  6. Lolz...................

where I lived before. there women ued to enjoy that hubble bubble thing, not men!

I remember the thick smoke holding my breath ad not et it get out. I liked it though!

the women of street sat in groups and did it while chating.

  7. yes there are places they can enjoy

but hubbly bubbly not good for men and women

  8. at least at jeddah: a girl that does not smoke it, she is not trendy or cool. you won't find her with groups in cafes.

however, i find it a big turnoff

the only bigger turnoff is a girl smoking cigarrette

  9. In Riyadh its only for men in public, as socially its not acceptable AT ALL for a woman to smoke and is a sign of "corruption". So theres no demand, therefore no supply. Plus the public places in Riyadh are outside of the city, even for men.

In Jeddah its very normal, and not a sign of corruption, as "normal" women smoke it near their families etc normally
