Please, girls need not approach guys.  If they really wanted a guy and the girl is decent looking all they gotta do is go to a club or bar and half the guys will appraoch the girl.

Not really...women expect guys to approach them, women don't really approach pretty boys cause a lot of the time they assume that they are g*y, and besides, women are more attracted to personality than looks, I've learned that from experience.

what i do, is i smile at them, and if they are interested, just hope that they make the first move!
