Impossible ... I am a girl though but i think it would be unfair for all the men out there ... but of course men should treat women with modesty ... sometimes ,,, some guys think that women are weak and they are abusing it ... so ,, that's it ... they do have equal rights ..

Laws are created long time ago and at that time woman are still regards as the weaker s*x. To stop woman from being exploited, they actually do have more rights by law. Now man and woman are equal but the double standard still exist.

Women in Western society have rights and special privileges that men don't even have.

The laws apply equally to men and women there are no gender specific laws that discriminate.  The interesting part is that the word women or the female pronoun is not mentioned once in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms so women were not actually allowed to even sign contracts up until 100 years ago and the women of Quebec did not acquire the vote until 1940.

It's amazing how all these people can answer yes, but they can't give you a specific law that has been enacted that gives us more favor, or proof of such non-sense. The only thing they can come up with is the Violence Against Women Act (this is the only ace they have to pull in their argument).

Its hard for both men and women in the court systems because there are so many loop-holes that criminals and culprits can slip through. Anyone can get taken tot he cleaners for their money and assets (just ask all the people losing their jobs/business/homes) Both men and women can lose custody of their children, and both men and women can be forced to pay up in a divorce (research the actress/comedian Mo'nique's bitter divorce).

I've seen hardships suffered from both sexes when it comes to the legal system. We can sit here and debate about it all day, but when it comes down to it, everyone has the same constitutional rights, as Americans regardless of s*x or race. It just all depends on how the lawyer fighting in your favor (or against you) and the judge/jury deciding your fate interpreters them. No s*x has any more rights than the other.

Yep, more rights, laws, funding for their interests and even in the commercial sector women are being catered to  far more than men by most businesses since women are the ones who spend more money on stupid things.
