Do women have more sexual aspirations then men? women pls answer?

i went thru an article published by a leading university that shows scientific evidence that women have 7 times more interest in s*x then men. if it is so then why r they pretending so noble in the society? for eg man rapes a woman but never heard woman rape a man. answer??

Rape has nothing to do with being noble or having an interest in s*x - it's something that someone with a mental problem does, it's a crime. Also, rape means that yo don't want s*x. If a man can manage to get an erection then it does kind of hint that he is wanting s*x...

That poor point aside, masturbation etc is still a taboo subject in society. People tend to follow what is socially acceptable. A woman may be embrassed to admit she masturbates in the same way a man may be embarassed to say he hates sport or enjoys wearing a skirt.

Women are just as interested in s*x as men. We are just raised to be a lady about it. That is one reason why you can overhear guys almost everywhere talking about their recent "score." It is perfectly okay for them to have a high s*x drive, shows how "manly"  they are. For a woman to say... " oh I got some" ...about a few men, makes her appear S****y. Women do and can rape men. I heard, not long ago, about a woman who doped her daughters boyfriend and sodomized him with a screwdriver. He was cheating on her and she got revenge. Sick isn't it? There are also many women out there who get their kicks by drugging younger men and using them. It isn't just women who can get date rape drugs and get used without consent.

By your username and your questions about Hinduism, I'm guessing you're Indian.

You should understand why women act noble, as men will just put them down for being sexually overt or refuse to get involved in a long-term relationship or marriage.

Would most of your Indian friends marry a woman that says "I love s*x and I want it everyday" in public? No, they wouldn't. They might have a one-night stand with her, talk c**p about her to their friends the next day, but they wouldn't take her seriously for a relationship.

Why are you even including rape in your question?  Rape has nothing to do with s*x and everything to do with power.

Also, why does interest in s*x mean someone is less than "noble" as you put it?  Sexual desire is something that is perfectly normal and healthy.  And interest in s*x doesn't mean that the person hops into bed with any willing party.

As others have stated, rape has nothing to do with sexual aspirations or even s*x, but control and power.

I think a better question would be why (based on this study)  there is such a stereotype of men being more focused on s*x, than women.

Its real simple. A woman who loves s*x is labeled a w***e by other women (and any man who can't get any from her). Its just the way society is. This and the fact that most women are taught from day one to NEVER give it up unless you are completely in love with someone (which causes more harm than good). You will find that most women who are considered older (30+) will be much more interested in s*x typically because they have accepted that they are just as into it as men.
