Do women have sharper senses than men....?

If so , which ones in particular & why ...?

Of course it depends on the individual, but I think I may have better hearing during sleeping because of my maternal need to listen and make sure my children were always OK.

If you´re talking about physical senses, most likely ... except from hearing and seeing, I would say all the other ones are USUALLY sharper because of what we are conditioned for ...

Having a baby for example, really alters your senses, especially smelling and tasting and let me tell you ... it is never again the same! If you wanna know if some food has spoiled , just call me and I´ll tell you! Even your hearing becomes much more accurate after caring for a child ...

And when you talk about perception, as it was mentioned by others here, you can bet we do have a sharper one!!! I had this experience once when my husband started talking about this man who wanted some work done for him and I got this strong bad feeling about this person although I hadn´t met him. Every time he would mention the guy, it was the same. Until the guy took off and didn´t pay any of the work that was done. A big loss! Not to mention other situations we´ve had ...

yes they do..

since they are mothers to be, they can and not an obligation of curse, they have a strong intuition and they can know the person just by a look, a word... not all of them of course, but I know a wide variety of women have this "gift", it's very nice =)

Women are more sensitive while men are systematic...so I don't think women have sharper senses regarding sight, smell etc...I think it's only regarding heart matters that women are more "touchy"

I wouldn't think so, I have sharper senses than the 3 women in my home combined.

not necessarily yes, and not necessarily no.

I do think that the two sexes are tuned into different things. if it is true that we come from a long age of hunting and gathering, then perhaps our senses are tuned accordingly. It is argued that men hunted and women gathered...so why wouldn't our senses adapted along those lines?

Would women's color vision be sharper as an example?

I really have no clue, but it is an interesting subject.
