Do women know what they want?

Question

Women always say they want a nice guy, but then you always see them end up dating jerks.

That's my argument, if you agree plz say so, if not plz tell me why.

Also state if you are a man or woman.

Techo, I think you have a valid point, but it isn't always the case.  I have always wanted a nice guy.  But it is only now, in my adult life, that I have found him.(I think that we know what we really want by the age of 30, or so.) It's too bad there aren't more nice guys out there, because there are women who want just that.  The ones who say that they do, and end up dating the complete opposite, well, they're too young to know what they want, or they aren't worth your time.  For me, yes, of course, I want him to be nice, and he is, but I also want him to know when not to be 'nice'.....Right then, just continue to be nice, and don't over do it.

I'm a woman.  And I dont agree with that.  Because I would refuse to date a jerk, there is no point to do tht.  I want a nice guy, no matter what.  Honesly, I dont even care if its a geek, or a jock, just as long as they have a kind personalitly.

We all make mistakes!

We DON'T WANT JERKS - Well personally I don't - I just got rid of a complete one recently and we didn't get to Boyfriend / Girlfriend stage etc - thank goodness - I saw his true colours beforehand

But it all depends on the woman ... some will even MARRY a jerk and stay with him for life and put up with all his cr*p ... and that is the only sort of woman who will stay with him and tolerate him ... any REAL woman wouldn't want him - a woman with self esteem , self worth and self respect anyway .... some women take time to develop thier self esteem - or realize it - and make mistakes along the way - but deep down we know ... WE DEFINITELY DON'T WANT A JERK .... They are just the ''make do's'' and we dump their sorry arses once we've had enough of their behavour .... and the learn not to go for the jerks in the first place - as in don't even give them a chance!!!

The 'jerks' will never be happy - they normally cheat on their submissive wives ... they want a wife and a mistress in one - fine - but they couldn't get a woman like that if they tried - coz she'd tell them to s*d off!!
