In a relationship you should not control another, and especially not in strength. Yes a woman experienced with martial arts could control a man bigger and stronger than her. But what does strength even have to do with a relationship? People do not go out there looking for a relationship based on strength, I doubt they even dream of controlling their partner with their strength.

It depends. Just because a martial art trains a smaller person to deal with a bigger one,  doesnt mean they will do it in practice. It depends on how much they practice, how dedicated they are etc.
