Do wooden dutch clogs make good sailboats?

I remember as a child in Holland that they would make sail boats using the wooden clogs as the boat and adding a little frame for the sails.

Sounds good. We made boats out of paper that sailed.

It'd float, but no keel to keep it stable (and provide balance).
