  1. Nope, 360 games are encoded much differently because of the different hardware installed, improve graphics, and sound.  360 is backwards compatible, meaning the 360 can play some of the old xbox games, but the original xbox isn't forwards compatable.  Sorry...


  2. No, vice-versa, standard xbox works in 360s.

    its like asking if a DVD will work in a VCR, because they don't make VCR tapes anymore...  old tech can't use new media very often.
