  1. Unless he deliberately picked your computer to place the search bar because he wanted to m********e over thinking of you looking at p**n, I wouldn't say so.

He probably just wants to look at p**n on a different computer to avoid getting detected looking at inappropriate stuff on his own computer.

Get a password though, that guy sounds creepy.

  2. lock out your computer with a password only you know. picking your nose or drooling while asleep is not sexual harassment

  3. This is not sexual harassment, but a violation of work ethics on his part.

Go to his boss and report him. Give him the times you're on and off your computer, so he doesn't blame you. If your manager is the only other person who has access to your computer, he'll be the one blamed.

  4. It's borderline on the harassment (unless he makes you see the p**n), but should still be reported to HR as he probably has violated several company policies.

  5. I think you should tell him " Take this job and shove it" . I deal with the same thing ....My boss , the owner of the company sits at his desk facing me, picking his nose and staring at me while he does it. He kicks me off of my computer and not only looks at p**n but subscribes to it and uses MY company e-mail address. I am constantly getting p**n e-mails in HIS name. I brought this to the attention of his business partner and the general manager of the company but nothing has been done. I even confronted the nasty *** nose pickin' S.O.B. in front of others and he denies it. I can prove that he is the one by the cookies and temp files left on the computer. I tried to password protect my computer but he says it's not allowed.
