  1. i remember using multivariable calculus in my FIRST electronics class..

they also assumed that I already knew integral calculus , linear algebra, and ordinary differential equations.

and algebra is like 4 years before those math, so yes, or else everyone will be an electronics guy and i'm going to be sleeping on the street.

then again, you didn't mention electrical engineering, or electronics technician..big difference

  2. basic knowledge of algebra is sufficient. You know mathematics is a queen of all sciences and hence a pinch of it will be needed to understand the inner details of any branch of science.  Electronics needs lots of simplification techniques and hence to calculate effective or resultant parameters and power calculations you may require simple algebra and allied mathematics.  But not that much as in the case of mechanics. So dont  worrrrrry.

  3. you need algebra to get any degree in college these days.  For electronics especially engineering you need up through differential equations.

  4. what does bored have to do with bad spelling?

Yes, you need it for any jobs that pay more than flipping burgers.

  5. Algebra is a fairly basic level of math. Just about any job that requires any math is going to require some algebra. Any job that involves science or engineering is going to require you to take much more than algebra. Algebra is a fundamental math that everybody is going to need....

  6. Yes and you will use Algebra (if not higher level math) every day in performing your job in electronics.
