Reagan would support the expansion of Democracy. He would also stimulate economic growth and strengthen national defense by lowering taxes. I fail to see the point of this question though.

Are you implying that everyone in support of war is a Neoconservative? Are you stating then that you are a  Paleoconservative? Conservatism has many different schools of thought, so you probably won't find one person that fits the mold of any exactly. Neoconservatives, however, were originally liberals who moved to the right (similar to Reagan), but the way the word is thrown around now of days, it's really lost its meaning.

Reagan was a masterful negotiator, but he achieved "peace through strength" by increasing defense spending, and he wasn't opposed to using military force when necessary (see the Bombing of Libya in 1986). His overhaul of the tax code and reduction in wasteful government spending lead America through the longest recorded period of peacetime prosperity without recession or depression.

To answer your question plainly, Reagan didn't consider the United States an empire, so he would not support expanding its borders unconstitutionally, and his laissez-faire philosophies would encourage strong domestic growth, instead of relying on foreign governments for financing.
