I think it's only natural to doubt someone else's power if you doubt yours. And if nothing is ever for certain, and you know that..how can you be sure of anything? Thus, you doubt always and that applies to someone else's power.

forget other peoples power! i doubt other people period.  i doubt there is anyone besides myself in existence.
