Do you HAVE to get a salad at Red Lobster?

They asked me what salad I wanted when I didn't even ask for one in the first place. I got a baked potatoe instead but, anyways...Do you always get a salad with what you order?

  2. No...you can substitute it for another side or coleslaw, applesauce or soup (clam chowder).  I happen to love the salad so I have never asked about this before but have had other family and friends order other things in place of the salad.  Have you tried the Cesar salad-it is really good!

  4. No, they will give you a choice. and if they dont ask for what other sides you can get instead.
