Can you substitue with milk?

Im tlaking aobut this recipe...

1 c. all purpose flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/3 c. butter

1 c. quick cooking rolled oats

2 eggs, beaten(?)

3 tbsp. cocoa(Not using that

16 sugar substitutes(not using that

And im cutting all of the ingrediants in half to make a smaller amount....Im going to use sweetned oats by the way...

  1. I wouldn't substitute milk because you need something to be the "glue" and hold it all together. Vegans don't eat eggs and use substitutes in baking. I'm not vegan but know that there are some things you can substitute for egg: soy yogurt, applesauce, banana, oil, energE egg replacer, silken tofu. Others don't use eggs in baking because of allergies. Here are some links for you, hope this helps.
