Okay now, I have been searching for any manga. I prefer comedy and romance, so does anyone have an idea?

Manga such as Girl got game, Fruits Basket, etc, etc.

Skip! Beat is pretty good for comedy. So is Animal Paradise (though technically, it's manhwa), and Et Cetera was some cool art.

None others come to mind, but you can read manga for free at onemanga.com. You can even search by genre, so you can read it there and decide if you like it enough to buy it in print at a Barnes and Nobles or Borders.

Chobits.... Demon Eyes Kyo... Death Note....DN Angel... Fruit Basket... Love Hina... Tenjou Tenge... Genshiken... W~Wish... not all of theses are comedy or romantic but they are all wonderfull.... if you want romance go for chobits first.
