  1. yes

  2. I got into a debate with a die-hard Republican on Saturday - and he started going off on how Obama was going to raise taxes.  I asked him, "How else are we going to pay for this war??"  He had nothing.  I was wishing he had an answer.  lol

We'rea paying for it now and we are going to have to pay more in the future.  Pisses me off!!

EDIT:  homeless in Phoenix - we tried to stay out of WWII until we were attacked by Japan.  Since Japan declared war on us, by default Germany did too.  We had little choice.  Just in case you didn't know, Iraq did not attack us and Iraq did not harbor terrorists, and Saddam did not like bin Laden or the Taliban.  We had no business going in there.

  3. And THAT is precisely why I do not pay taxes....for to do so means that I have innocent blood on my hands. For those who pay taxes, does it make you feel like a real human being to give support to murderous thugs? You cannot say " Oh, but I never knew"  Liar! You know, but choose not to care. So, what will you do when the rooster comes home? These military men will come back home, you know. With killing on their minds. You paid for this. You willingly paid for the corruption of an entire generation, both here and in Iraq. And you thought it was all fun and games, huh? Did you learn nothing from Vietnam? Sucks to be you. Yes, I am complaining because here we are AGAIN some 30 years later playing the same game with different names. And frankly, I am tired of the lame excuses and the unwillingness to get over this "manifest destiny" bullcrap.  I am tired of dealing with same pattern and inability to learn from history. When the world pulls the plug on us, and we either sink or swim alone, it really will be "just us"=justice.

  4. In 2008 dollars thats much cheaper than what the average american payed for WW2.

  5. The one McCain wants us to pay for 100 years?
