  2. man is born with values of fairness and equality yet in the occurrence of certain events one tend to be impartial. Impartiality comes with what you believe and what's ought to be done likewise its also an end product of a decision based on your perspective and what would eventually be good for you and on your side.Thus creating impartiality to the other person involved who is also to be affected by such actions. Impartiality is a matter of decision and progression or regression, a matter of act with substance.

  4. I do because I can.  I always see that I may be right but I can be proved wrong.

  5. In what situations?  It makes a difference.

    In a job evaluation or if I am hiring an individual, yes I act impartially provided they meet the job qualifications.

    When renting my home?  No I do not.  Regardless of what the laws say, I will not rent my home to a homosexual couple, I am responsible for the activities I allow on the property God has given me stewardship over (e.g. "my" property).  I will sell them my home, however - then it is no longer my property to worry about.

  7. no. no matter how a person tries to be impartial, their judgment is always skewed by personal experience.
