Do you actually belive that test actually prove?

how much learn

how much you can do, etc I think its pretty stupid it just encourages A kids to be better and c's or d and f students feel bad and give up I think they should be better ways and some test mentions thing kids never learn

SAT's prove nothing, i did horrible on my SAT's yet my gpa is over 3.5 and i go to a university that enforces a harvard grading system: A= 94-100 and so on..

Tests can determine how smart you are compared to others but it challenges you too. With the grading system we have i think it makes me better mentally, i study more too.

Tests are really just there as a finishing line, either you pass it or you don't. People who fail need to learn from their mistakes and move on.

No tests (incl standardized test) are perfect indicators of knowledge.  I believe reports, presentations, etc... are useful also.

However, it is the quickest/simplest way to see if a student is prepared and to provide a grade.  Unfortunately a fact of life so be as ready as you can be.
