Do you actually talk to people in real life?

like you do on YA? I find I am a whole lot more reserved in real life...with people I don't know very well. I don't know you people and I just let it all hang out. Do you vent often on this site?

I do, but mostly with family and close friends. But people I just met? No. I don't know what they like to talk or not. Sometimes they might be offended by something that my family or other friends don't find offensive. So I try to find out more about that person.

Yes. I make my living talking to people! Its a good way to go.

i talk to people whenever I feel like it. I don't really talk to anyone here, i just answer and post questions.

I talk to co-workers more than I would family or various other people.

I know my co-workers better then family members.

some people I have no problem blowing off. if they get offended who cares (should have set aside a better time - sorry recent experience with a cousin who felt entitled to something)

Of course not!  It's much easier to call someone a jerk when you are typing.  When you are face to face with someone you may worry more about hurting their feelings or getting punched in the mouth!

I'm usually honest and straight to the point in real life. I don't believe in hiding behind an avatar and typing things I wouldn't say to a person's face.

Yes, people do find my honesty intimidating though.
