Do you age quicker when you have less sleep?

  1. Yes.

    A proper rest schedule, proper nutrition, and staying out of the sun will help you stay the youngest looking.  They have also found out that people that don't get 7 hours of sleep a night carry more weight than people that get a more healthy amount of sleep.  


  2. yeah the more you sleep the healthier you are and your skin and organs and muscles are way better sleeping for humans is like chargingg the battery for cell phones
