Do you agree Casey Anthony's Attorney is Failing Her?

If indeed the child is deceased. Wouldn't it be better for her attorney to explain to her it would be much better to go on record saying there was an accident and she freaked hid Caylee for a deal giving Casey 4-7 years for various charges such as Obstruction of Justice and Hiding a Body? If the DA goes for it in writing, Caylee can be properly buried. Casey will serve considerable time and move on with her life.

The alternative is that Casey keeps up the lies until the FBI finds the remains of this child and ties in the cell phone pings. Then, Casey will be facing the death penalty in a very hostile situation.

Her attorney is just sitting around waiting for the FBI to find the body, and they will. The FBI bats 95% or better. How does that do anything for Casey Anthony but get her the death penalty?

"IF" Casey is telling her attorney the truth, and Caylee is in fact dead, then she should tell him and face the cosequences.

Right now, Casey is stringing everyone along, knowing that if the body is not found, the most she'll be charged with would be child abandonment.

She seems to be so certain that there will be no body found, I think she has "fed" the alligators with Caylee's body.  Never to be found.

I can only pray that Caylee is found, either alive (Praise the Lord) or, if deceased, in order to have a proper funeral and closure.

I would also be interested in the results of a professional "Body Language" investigation.

My question to others.  Are the parents in on this scam and trying to protect their daughter?

They should torture her until she tells the truth............

Of course she knows what happen to the child and I think her parents do too.

Re her lawyer.....he's just as bad as the rest of them.

But justice will prevail..........

And we don't want to hear any sob story about how she was afraid to tell the truth about the baby and get off easy.

THIS WHOLE DEAL IS TRAGIC, strange thing is i am every other day

Casey's friend who buried her really knows where she is, and technically Casey does not know where she is because she was out

partying,clubbing..and left the child with the someone who holds the key..as to the location  of the baby's body, that person is in hiding for the obvious reasons ''CYA''  i cannot fault her attorney he is between a rock and a hard place with this unstable poor excuse of a mother, and short of shaking her silly, beating the living shite out of her there is very

little he can do..the entire fault lies with her over indulgent parents

who ruined her chances of ever becoming a productive member of society, they are as guilty if not more so, they i believe know right from wrong they are accountable, she on the other hand has no clue

after the years and years of constant cover-up.looking the other way,having everything taken care of , living in that bubble that shes been in.......she is clueless..that baby was like a toy..the grandmother

right through Caseys 7 month of pregnancy denied to her own family members that she was even pregnant..talk about denial..no wonder

Casey's the basket case she is....parents should fry with her, if anything happened to this child...who knows, i keep coming back to Elizabeth Smart.my lips to God's ears...thanks for letting me vent

NO, he is doing his job trying to protect his client.

that's what sucks about being a lawyer with a client who is guilty of murder ,they are still entitled to representation and assumed innocent even though they are obviously guilty!!

Casey Anthony is 22 years old and responsible for her own actions or in actions as the case may be.

her parents are guilty at least of being enablers and contributing to their daughters mental issues and her selfish, sick personality and that she is a thief and a habitual liar!!!

too bad Casey didn't act like an adult once in her life and have given her up for adoption the minute she was born!

There were gas cans in the back of the Casey's car witnessed by Casey's father before it was later abandoned according to reports. One surviving bone fragment that has Caylee's DNA and Casey is done.  

A legal professional should share his expert opinion with Casey on the trouble she is most likely headed for and let her decide, but I agree its time to deal and get this over with before the Murder Trial of the Century.  Sitting around waiting for the DA and the FBI to get their ducks in a row is not in Casey's best interest.

Furthermore, Casey doesn't strike me as the woodsy type which leads me to speculate whether another was involved.

If she does get the Death Penalty, no loss. Anyone who murders a child, esp their own child, pretty much deserves whatever they get. She is her own worst enemy and is stubborn as a mule. No one can make her do anything even if it means saving her own worthless life. She will hang herself ultimately and it couldn't happen to a nicer person. She gets no sympathy from me.

I think she gave her daughter a "little something to go to sleep"...and when she fell asleep......she put her in the trunk.....forgot about her.......went out partying.......got drunk.......passed out......when she came to...........she realized daughter was in trunk............too late........little girl died..............now feed her to alligators to dispose of any evidence!!!!!!!!!

she knew the area by airport was area where there was nothing but woods to hide a body she does NOT have to be a woodsy person to go in woods and hide body..thats the dumbest statement I have ever heard.

Have you seen her lawyer speak on Nancy Grace ?I do not find him intelligent at all he believes whatever Casey tells him.Takes up for her like her silly parents who should have enough common since when they smell a dead body in trunk to wash the clothes and dna out of them huh?maybe because they are covering for their daughter..so they all need to be put away if you dont open your eyes to it.

I CANNOT wait for DNA...i just pray the state of fla for once is smart and collected tons of evidence and can put ehr away for long time.
