  1. The only people who love change are babies with wet nappies (diapers).

  2. I agree.

  3. Yes i agree with this statement wholeheartedly. Wisdom should be earnt, not all knowledge is wisdom. And many changes are disguised as progress, i dont think so!

  4. Yes, I like it, too!

  5. Completely. We live in a society which doesn't care for the wise, just the knowledgeable, and we think we've made progress but we've just changed a few things, and the people who are trying to progress are just making things 'changed'.

  6. definitely agree

  7. ...agree...freedom of choice ...amongst a greater "majority rule" is different...

    ...thanks for asking...

  8. Agreed.  Science is knowledge, but Believing is wisdom.  Change is spending money to go to the moon, but how much progress have we really attained?  People are starving out in the streets, and the rich are getting richer.

  9. yeah thats true

  10. Sounds about right.

Though the cute generalization kinda works, if there were a query person by person, I think you would find roughly a 50% indication that many people ARE knowledgeable in functional terms and also see clearly the difference between meer change and actual progress in any given issue.

  11. yes

  12. That is an absolute true statement; and I agree

    with it entirely.

    Peace/Joy

  13. Agree.

  14. i agree with it. it is completely true. very few people now a days can tell you the difference between the pairs knowledge and wisdom, and change and progress. people of today are blindly agreeing with whoever says something that sounds intellegent, mostly because (most people) they are not capable of thinking for themselves, and seeing between the 'big' words and into the bigger picture. it would probably be a better world if people could think for themselves, rather than taking the word of a person who they could not even finish a page of a book from.

i hope you have a wonderful day, and it was a good question. :)

  15. Arbitrary, ain't it? But answer this you will, what is wisdom? Does it come with old age? Does God impart wisdom on you at the corner church? Is the scientist unwise but knowledgeable?

And answer you will this, too... who's change is progress, and who's change is just gawdurned too much?

This quote is far too ambiguous to have been Lincoln, I'm guessing more like Bill O'Rielly.

    Now, ask this you should:

    Do you agree with this:

We live in a society that values commerce as a moral principle and marriage as an innate right.
