  1. The immigration process is fine, the pendejos who don't want to follow it are screwed up.  Immigration is a privileged than illegal for some reason think is their right. Truly lame people they are.

  2. It is ABSOLUTELY screwed up....the state agency I work for hired a woman here on an educational visa, knowing that was how she got here. She was a great worker, very professional, well-educated, and not only bi, but TRI-lingual. Well, it expired after she graduated, and she had to find an employer willing to sign a very scary looking document basically promising to pay her way back home if she was terminated at any time, for any reason within the first 3 years of employment. She was from money and offered to pay her own way home, sign a document to that effect, or to waive her "bi-lingual" pay stipend for the first year in order to offset the expense, should it become neccessary that she leave the agency.

No go....even though she was an exemplary employee, and other agencies in our state have hired folks in her boat, the attorney general was consulted and she could not be hired by us, due to this issue.

She had a college degree and a lot of family money behind her...how can anyone with fewer resources stand a chance of coming here legally, the way it is now?

  3. the laws are there but no one enforces them!

  4. deport all the criminals and start from there, then deport the ones that dont speak English, then for the minors deport all the kids that are getting  below a "C" average because who wants uneducated ppl in their country and then give them ad misty and have them pay all the taxes they didnt pay

  5. What is "screwed up" is that we accept more legal immigrants than any other country in the WORLD, yet SOME people believe we should accept illegal criminal aliens with "open arms" as well....people that SPIT on our laws, our country, and its citizens.

  6. You know, I think you really can't be that simple. People (and that is what we're talking about with immigration) are the hardest things in the world to fix. Get this - THERE IS NO SIMPLE SOLUTION! Whatever is done will upset some, and is historically certain to be unfair to some in some circumstances. The best that can be hoped for is that whatever is done will protect the country, protect the citizens, without being too harsh on those restricted/punished.

  7. I think it's fine, no matter how easy or quick they make the process, there will always be people looking for an easier or quicker way, ie. illegal invasion.

  8. Yes,it's very screwed up because it takes a lot of money that a lot of people don't have and it takes too much time, which a lot of people don't have either.Yes we need immigration reform.

  9. I do not agree, just because some people find the immigration process to hard or too long doesn't mean it's screwed up. But then again, those are the ones too lazy to immigrate legally.

  10. No I do not.

It is comparable to that of many countries, and we let in more individuals legally than most.

What is screwed up is that it is not enforced.  What is screwed up is that it is not respected.

I refuse to accept some lame defense posture that it is OK to break our immigration laws and not follow them because they are "screwed up."

What's screwed up is anyone who thinks it is OK to enter illegally or disrepect our immigration laws, and uses the rationale that the laws are screwed up!

  11. We have immigration laws on the books, but his administration and congress refuses to enforce them. Now they (both parties) want to make it easier from new illegals to come in and for those who are here (USA) to become legal. Clearly, our elected officials don't want to or can't hear us when we ask for the enforcement of our immigration laws. Both Obama and McCain support illegal immigration.

  12. No,the only thing screwed up is that our laws are not being enforced.

  13. I think we need to deal with the racist Hispanics in the U.S. first. They are more screwed up than the immigration process.
