  1. The risk of making a glorified Mayor the president of the United States is worth a little more reflection than a winning news cycle. Mr McCain is now without a doubt playing politics with my children's future and I really do not appreciate it. There are many qualified Republican Women in this country and this pick is just irresponsible.

  2. sorry it is not a smart move

As a woman I cannot see how she can stand there and support a man who:

Jokes about a  woman being raped by an ape ( below is the actual newpaper article which was scanned)

    http://www.rumromanismrebellion.net/imag...

    Joke about beating his wife

    http://www.lasvegassun.com/blogs/ralston...

thinks women do not deserve to get equal pay for equal work

voted against the violence against women act ( this kind of explains why he can joke about beating his wife)

    Voted against MLK day

Voted to gut the Family Medical leave act which really helps women when they have to take time off from a job to take care of ill children and relatives and still be able to keep their job.

has somewhat questionable judgment considering  his VP is currently under investigation by her own legislature for abuse of power of which the findings are to be released in October

  3. I don't think so.  This is going to blow up in his face.

Sarah Palin is being investigated on an ethics case. The findings are going to be released in late October. So long as the investigation is going on, there will be speculation on her behavior. This will happen regardless of her guilt of innocence. If the findings show some embarrassing information, it will be released just before election day. How can that not hurt them?

I don't know if her behavior was appropriate or not, but suspicion now, and possible findings later, are potentially hurtful to the ticket.

  4. That's why my vote changed from McCain to Barr today.

  5. i agree with his decision.... and i find it intresting and kind of funny that what people base on "what he says" is from the media..... no one can trust the media anymore so im not taking anything said to seriously. as for your number 3. that it settled the riff between huckabee and romney thats bull cuz mccain and huckabee worked together to get romney out of the election. but thats dirty politics for you....

  6. How is it smart? McCain's whole book on Obama is that he has no experience and now he goes and tags a soccer mom as his running mate. It seems to me that he would have grabbed a more seasoned politician. He just liked those pics of her in the t-shirt with the M-4.

  7. I agree that this was  a great pick.  But why is your user name "I Love Obama" if you are voting McCain.

  8. She voted to have creationism taught in schools. She has an ethics investigation with a mere two years in office, She is anti-abortion. She was voted Miss Congeniality… and 16 years ago she was serving on the Wasilla City Council, population 8,471. Yeah I can see how Hilary voters would jump right on board with that. She is TOTALLY qualified to run the country. Maybe she can have a bake sale to get rid of our 9.5 Trillion dollar deficit. This is about oil. Drilling in Alaska, It’s about distracting Republicans about the tolls of the War in Iraq and garnering support by focusing on hot button issues like abortion as opposed to getting out of Iraq and addressing the unemployment and mortgage crisis.

This is proof of John McCain's Insanity.

    GO OBIDEN

  9. It really shows he's not affraid to make bold moves. He's got what it takes.

  10. Great move

  11. You are PATHETIC.

    You aren't a democrat, you're a Bush follower.
