  3. Cute Max, but development is a symbol that needs another symbol attached to it, and no contraceptive doesn't make sense. Re-state your question.

    Unless your perception is based on the understandings of how human population works in 3rd world countries, and 1st world countries. Then your just being ignorant. Their population explosion and aids epidemic is actually a consequence of their "underdevelopment" CRASHING into our "development". Understand, we had alot more time then them to get use to this technology c**p.... like guns...... and free time.....
