  1. No.  The U.S. should pull out of Iraq and Afghanistan when those nations' democratically elected governments tell us to go.

Russia should pull out of Georgia when the democratically elected government of Georgia tells them to.

  2. No, Texas would be a much better example.

Iraq and Afghanistan are illegal occupations, Georgia was a State of the USSR given Independence as long as it didn't threaten and kill Russian citizens.

  3. No.

Even if we PRETEND that the situations are exactly the same...which they are NOT...(and there's nothing illegal about the U.S. presence in Iraq or Afghanistan) that's like saying if your house was robbed and your next door neighbor did it...he said it's okay and he's KEEPING EVERYTHING HE STOLE because there are other criminals stealing as well...and he'll return your goods when they do...

One has NOTHING to do with the other...common sense.

Did you ever hear the term "two wrongs don't make a right"??

  4. I think it would be fair if people like you were required to have some education before posing stupid questions, so that the rest of us wouldn't be wasting our time reading it.  If you don't understand that the two situations have absolutely nothing in common - I don't have time to teach you, and you need to open a textbook.

  5. No.  Totally different situations.

  6. YES.
