When the n**i Party was moving toward total rule Herr Herman Goerring stated "We need to do something spectacular to stampede the public."  So he and rangers burnt down the Reichstad. They had a little Dutch guy as the fall guy.

In this country  a man said "We need to create something catastropic to make the people ........    That was to create the Patriots Act and Fatherland Security......   That same fellow  delayed action when given the chance to have the fighter pilot take down one of the planes when it was over water.    I suspect some of the terrorists may have been hired.   Saudi Arabia supplied the people and made sure investigations didn't look into their families or circumstances.

To presume otherwise is naive and a display of not being capable of recognizing ill intentions.  I was not the biggest Bush supporter at the time of the events but I am definitely not an apologist for extremist as the far left and other secular progressive seem to be.

I have to check that movie out.  I heard of it once, but probably because of what you describe its not very popular by our current media standards.
