Yes... those inky blemishes only draw attention to their muffin tops and bingo wings ...   and as for the tribal spinal on a fat back ...  Ugh !!

I presume that "lumper" is a derogatory term used to describe an ugly, obese woman. Hmm, I have a tattoo, I wouldn't call myself slim or gorgeous. Meet your worst nightmare!
