WOW. This has to be one of the most ridiculous theories that I have ever heard.  Back while LL Cool J was bustin out "I Need Love" there were rappers doing songs on a gangster level underground. In NY we were exposed to rappers performing territorial claiming songs and songs about carrying guns and promoting violence before rap was even popular. This is a load of c**p being projected by a GIRL that was not even aware of the world when rap was underground!! These wars among gangsters began because of egos and not pilitics!!!!!!!!

You know blaming the government for every little thing is really getting old.  How is it that no one wants to take any personal responsibility?  If one person shoots another than it is on the shooter. Neither the government nor any rapper is responsible.
