Cara murah untuk negara industri supaya mereka dapat bebas mengeluarkan polusi (tidak mau terikat oleh pembatasan, karena akan merugikan industrinya), dan memindahkan tanggung jawabnya pada negara yang memiliki hutan tropis.

Ingat berdasarkan perjanjian carbon trading Indonesia akan sulit mengkonversi hutan menjadi perkebunan atau pertanian, karena harus membayar denda (karena tidak bisa memenuhi perjanjian carbon trading).

no, i don't agree with using avoided deforestation for carbon trading.According to me, In developing countries it is difficult to make such guarantees on the fate of the forest.

so, the best solution is mitigation by introducing better technology.

Heck yeah!  Polluters would get reliefs on revising their business operation and the companies that work hard on green technologies can get extra money, which always encourage innovations. then jobs and then the economy.  Capitalism at work!  

Carbon quota can also be revised downward to make companies work harder.  What's not to like?  Because the sticker of it being regulation?  Look at our 'unregulated' use of our gasoline, how much better-to-do are we now?
