Do you agree with steps that will improve Indian cricket ?

I love Indian cricket but I hate the hype and their boasting and abusing teams like Sri lanka as minnows.These steps can improve Indian team:-

1.Make some good pitches for domestic circuit.BCCI for money is killing Indian bowlers by constantly playing them in flat pitches.

2.BCCI head should be a cricketer.Politicians should better concentrate in politics and not make game their hunting ground for votes.See Sri Lanka headed by Arjuna Ranatunga and they are giving better results.

3.Please cut the matches.BCCI is killing golden goose by playing them innumerable matches.They want rest.

The BCCI should cut back at least 10 ODIs, preferbaly 15 ODIs.

Because the BCCI is the the powerhouse of cricket, they should use that to there advantage, and demand that india plays the less important one day series, before the Test series on the particular tour, so that the indian players can be fully prepared an accustumed to conditions and opposition to be ready in the test series.

BCCI IS A MONEY HUNGRY s**+*, take a look at the useless IPL.

If players are tired, then BCCi should force them out of the IPL, Fast bowlers like Ishant Sharma should be rested for less important one dayers, and IPL. Rotation policy for ODIs in fast bowling should take place, apart from the must win matches.

Test pitches should be generally less batsmen freindly, and india should ditch the idea of totally relying on spin. More wickets like the fast bouncy mohali wicket, should be made for exciting batting, from the likes of Sehwag, Sachin, Laxman and Dravid, and good helpful conditions for fast bowling, and bounce for spinners.

EDIT: i Disagree with you on that indian batsmen are weak on fast pitches. Take a look at the perth win in 2008.

Moreover Sachins best inning have come in australia and western carribean, where there are fast bouncy pitches. Sehwag and Laxman also love the ball coming on to the bat, they thrive in australia and the carribean. Dravid also likes batting on fast bouncy pitches.

However ganguly and Dhoni hate bouncy pitches.

In India, cricketers are not developed and no agency is striving for the development of cricketers. Cricketers are created because of the passion for the game. No kind of assistance is given to cricketers until the reach the top level of cricket. Ranji cricket and the infrastructure of domestic game is given little or no importance.

We have the right to know how much money comes in, where it is going, and how it is spend? (I heard BCCI announced 25 Lakh Rupees for Abhinav Bindra, Good move).

The schedule ahead for India so hectic. Next up Champions Trophy, then Aussies in India, then Pakistan, England and New Zealand. There is no space to breathe. And BCCI is not going to heed to any pleas. Money drives BCCI. Dhoni's answer is the best, pull out of a few series.
