Do you agree with the Supreme Court in Gideon v. Wainwright, where they held that criminal defendants accused of felony charges were entitled to an appointed attorney if they could not afford to hire one?

Yes.  The justice system would not be fair if only people with money had access to an attorney.

Yes, because no matter how bad your crime is

you should have the right to defend yourself

because it could always be a miss understanding and you

could but also couldn't have actually committed the act.
