I agree.  This is a time where you will learn a lot about yourself and about what you thought you knew about a variety of issues, people, etc.  You will go through a lot of experiences, including tough ones, and they will help you to grow and become more comfortable in your own skin.  You go through a lot in a very short amount of time.
