    Whenever I have a phase where i jsut eat all junk and sugary foods, I feel groggy, tired, and i tend to break out.

    However when I eat healthy foods, I have more energy, I don't crash as much, and I have more attention.

  3. No way.  That was definitely made up by a farmer!  

    Think of all the experiences in your life that have gone into making you who you are.  A lot have to do with food.  And health is definitely food-related but that guy that just got run over by a bus . . . .Did he live on flat food like pancakes?

    Food is for giving you energy to live.  It is not WHO YOU ARE!

    If you don't, and you eat healthy, you'll be skinny

  7. No, but I do think that what you eat defines who you are. Like someone who eats fast food all the time  probably leads a fast paced lifestyle. If your thinking was correct then I would be a big pan of lasagna. LOL.

  8. I don't think people really understand the meaning behind that statement.

    what it means is you are ingesting and digesting food...now what that food is made of and everything that went into that food (pesticides, fat, sun, water, vitamins...etc) is what is now in your body being used to grow and keep all your organs going. So, in turn the better the food you eat the better your body will be inside and out. Would you rather drink a gallon of chemicals or a gallon of water- which do you think would be better? and if you just ate fatty foods everyday of your life your body would eventually shut down..watch the movie Super Size Me and see what happens.
