Ok, I take care of my self, u know proper hygiene, and stuff like that. I'm 14, and this is honestly what I think, "I can look nice when i want to, be pretty and have all eyes on me. I've chosen not to because I've decided that the people around me aren't worth the effort." I don't know whats wrong with thinking this way. All through middle school all i did was brush my hair brish my teeth shower, and stuff, u know the bare minimum. No make up, no hair products, and things like that. And the one time i did decide to care about how i looked was at grade 8 grad. And Everyone was telling me how amazing i looked. I had a bit of make up on and i curled my hair quickly, and i did look good. I proved i can look good when i want to, i just don't want to.

Do u think theres anything wrong about my line of thinking?

P.S. If ur gonna be purposly rude, don't respond.

  1. Yeah, I agree with this attitude wholeheartedly.

  2. I like the way you think :D  Everyone else is the complete opposite, they think other people's opinions are important.

There is definitely nothing wrong with your way of thinking, you're a very smart girl :D

  3. there is absolutely nothing wrong with thinking that way.

you shouldnt care what people think about you on the outside anyways, you're still beautifullll! =) theres nothing wrong with wanting to look good either, as long as its not too excessive or conceited. but looking presentable is a good thing. as for all the makeup, and spending an hour doing your hair, i disagree, because its not the outside that counts, not in the least. and half the time girls are way prettier without the 10 pounds of makeup smudged on.

keep you're line of thinking the same, i think its very logical & right!

    =)

  4. It has worked great for me.  The women with a lot of makeup got more random guy attention, but the only guys who came up to me were sincerely interested in me.  No harassment problems, good relationships with interesting, cool guys with good brains and not too many hang-ups.  And now a great husband.  No makeup, all body hair natural, and instead of spending time and money on those things, I have traveled to 5 continents, SCUBA dive, ski, get involved in politics, fix bikes, have real fun.

Dress up anytime you like, but if you have an actual mind, SURE, spend more time on your brain and your life than on your surface!

Also, do what you like, and kiss only the people you like, and be happy and healthy.

  5. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this. I agree....Most girls are like the exact oppisite...It's great that you have so much self confidence...I was at my friends house today and we both wanted to go to my house but we couldnt cuz our other friend refused to since her hair was "messy" and putting on make-up would take to long...She won't leave the house until all of that is done lol....-_-.....No one is worth changing yourself and if people aren't worth the effort and you can look good an easier way, then why put so much effort into it...Make-up is fake...ahaaa...It isn't really you it's like a mask covering yourself =]
